To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies before booking our services.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance to secure your date.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.

  • Rush bookings (less than 7 days’ notice) may be accepted based on availability and will incur a rush service fee.

    Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • If WC Sweet Treat Cake Cart must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

    Delivery & Setup

  • Our team will arrive 30–45 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.

  • Please ensure a flat, accessible location is available for setup, along with electrical access if required.

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on event location and distance.

    Outdoor Events & Weather

  • For outdoor setups, clients are responsible for providing adequate cover or shade to protect the cart and products from weather conditions.

  • In cases of extreme weather (rain, wind, or heat), WC Sweet Treat Cake Cart reserves the right to modify or reschedule service for safety and product quality.

    Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.

  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

    Damages & Liability

  • Once setup is complete, clients and event staff are responsible for ensuring the cart and display remain in good condition.

  • Any damage to the cart, décor, or equipment during the event will be billed to the client.

  • WC Sweet Treat Cake Cart is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring after setup completion.

    Media & Marketing

  • WC Sweet Treat Cake Cart may photograph or record the setup for marketing and portfolio purposes.

  • If you prefer your event not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
